Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Upon verification, we will proceed with a return or exchange.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Items that have been delivered for 10 days or more.
  • Items that have been used.
  • Items damaged or soiled by the customer.
  • Custom-made/Order-made products.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your designated account within one week after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Note: For returns due to customer convenience, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
