Transaction Fees

For Cash on Delivery (COD), the following fees apply in addition to the product price and shipping:

  • Under 10,000 JPY: 330 JPY
  • 10,000 JPY – 29,999 JPY: 440 JPY
  • 30,000 JPY – 99,999 JPY: 660 JPY

For Deferred Payment (NP Atobarai), a fee of 277 JPY (tax incl.) will be charged.

Payment Deadlines
  • Credit Card: Payment is processed at the time of order.
  • Prepayment (Bank Transfer/PayPal): Within 10 days after receiving the order confirmation email.
  • Cash on Delivery: Upon receipt of the product.
  • Deferred Payment: Within 14 days after the invoice is issued by Net Protections following product delivery.
Delivery Timeframe
  • In-stock items: Shipped within 3 business days (Mon–Fri) after payment is confirmed.
  • Out-of-stock items: We will notify you of the expected delivery date and ship as soon as the item is ready. Please note that shipping may be delayed as our products are handcrafted.
  • Delivery may be affected by traffic or weather conditions.
Returns and Exchanges

In principle, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience. However, we will accept them in the following cases:

  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Damaged or defective products (Please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving the product. We will then exchange it for a new or non-defective item. In these cases, return shipping will be at our expense.)
Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items after 10 or more days have passed since delivery.
  • Items that have been used.
